Summary

Being selected as top 5 Entrepreneurial Educator was a greatest moment for me in an academic world! However, the sense and spirit of Entrepreneurship never away where ever I go. After being served for more than 20 years in academic line and focusing on Entrepreneurship, Communication and Service Management, really inspire Dr Mass more and more towards engaging not only in class but goes beyond than that. Holding two post at one time for more than eight year (Dec 2015 - March 2024)as senior lecturer in School of Business and Economics(SPE) and also Director of Centre of Entrepreneurial Student Development and Graduates Marketability(CEM)of University Putra Malaysia (UPM), really make me more engaging and continuously actively together with students and even staff of university in making the entrepreneurship keep on moving and appreciate by all. Being as lecturer of Entrepreneurship and of course as a great mentor to the students, every moments count especially with entrepreneurship program and expose the students, engage with various activities and unique learning journey. From Basic entrepreneurship until Master Entrepreneurship Dr Mass always engage and involved community, industrial linkages with the students. Teaching and learning with knowledge transfer, mentoring opportunities of Entrepreneurship becoming more excited and impactful within ecosystem that encourages creativity, risk taking and collaborations. - Evaluation involved community such as engaging and interview, learned and contribute back to micro business owner. This is where the students assist them via developing Apps and promote the product/service with social media shared. - Development of Living Incubator such a great contribution by Dr Mass in campus.
